Copycat Red Lobster Shrimp Scampi
Seared shrimp seasoned with Old Bay and tossed with linguine in a garlicky white wine and lemon butter sauce, a restaurant favorite made easily at home

Ingredients
8 oz.Linguine
1 1/2 lbs.Large shrimp, peeled and deveined
2 tsp.Old Bay seasoning, divided
1/2 tsp.Salt
1/4 tsp.Ground black pepper
2 Tbsp.Olive oil
6 clovesGarlic, minced
1/2 cupDry white wine
2 Tbsp.Fresh lemon juice
6 Tbsp.Unsalted butter, cubed
2 Tbsp.Fresh parsley, chopped
1/4 cupGrated Parmesan cheese
Preparation
1.  Cook the linguine according to package directions.
2.  Drain the linguine and set aside.
3.  Season the shrimp on both sides with the salt, pepper, and 1 teaspoon of the Old Bay seasoning.
4.  Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
5.  Add the shrimp in a single layer and cook for 2 minutes per side, until just pink.
6.  Transfer the shrimp to a plate.
7.  Add the garlic to the skillet and cook for 1 minute, until fragrant.
8.  Pour in the white wine and lemon juice, scraping up any browned bits from the bottom of the skillet .
9.  Bring the mixture to a boil, then reduce the heat and simmer for 5 minutes.
10.  Reduce the heat to low and whisk in the butter, a few cubes at a time, until melted and smooth.
11.  Stir in the remaining 1 teaspoon of Old Bay seasoning.
12.  Return the shrimp to the skillet and toss to coat in the sauce.
13.  Add the cooked linguine to the skillet and toss to combine.
14.  Sprinkle with parsley and Parmesan cheese before serving.
