4 oz | Grated sharp cheddar cheese |
4 oz | Grated mozzarella cheese |
4 | Eggs, beaten well |
1 cup | Milk |
2 Tbsp. | Flour |
dash | Pepper |
½ tsp. | Salt |
optional | Cooked crumbled sausage, ham chunks, or cooked diced chicken |
1. Bake pie crust per package directions. (For 8" pie dishes, prepare 2) |
2. If adding optional meat, add it to the pie shell. |
3. In a separate bowl, add eggs and beat well. |
4. Add all other ingredients to bowl and combine |
5. Pour in pie crust |
6. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes, until eggs are cooked. |
