1 package | Large flour tortillas |
2 Tbsp | Vegetable oil |
¼ cup | Chunky peanut butter |
¼ cup | Soy sauce |
⅛ cup | Sugar |
½ tsp | Cayenne pepper |
1 ½ cup | Shredded cooked chicken |
1. Preheat oven to 350°F. |
2. In a medium bowl , mix vegetable oil (2 Tbsp), chunky peanut butter (¼ cup), soy sauce (¼ cup), sugar (⅛ cup), and cayenne pepper (½ tsp). |
3. Add shredded cooked chicken (1 ½ cup) to the bowl. |
4. Stir to coat the chicken with the mixture. |
5. Add the chicken mixture (1/3-1/2 cup) to each tortilla. |
6. Wrap each tortilla in foil. |
7. Place the wrapped tortillas in the preheated oven. |
8. Heat in the oven for 15 minutes. |
