1 cup | Mayonnaise |
½ cup | Sour cream |
½ cup | Buttermilk |
1 Tbsp | Fresh chives (finely chopped) |
1 Tbsp | Fresh parsley (finely chopped) |
1 tsp | Dried dill |
1 tsp | Garlic powder |
1 tsp | Onion powder |
to taste | Salt and pepper |
1. In a mixing bowl , add mayonnaise (1 cup), sour cream (½ cup), and buttermilk (½ cup). Whisk until well combined and smooth. |
2. Stir in fresh chives (1 Tbsp), parsley (1 Tbsp), dried dill (1 tsp), garlic powder (1 tsp), and onion powder (1 tsp). |
3. Add salt and pepper to taste. Start with a pinch of each, taste, and adjust. |
4. Continue whisking until smooth and all ingredients are evenly distributed. |
5. Transfer to an airtight container and chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes. |
