| 1.5 lb | Ribeye, new york strip, or chuck steak |
| 1 tsp | Oil |
| ¼ tsp | Salt |
| ½ tsp | Black pepper |
| ½ tsp | Garlic powder |
| ½ tsp | Onion powder |
| 1 tsp | Montreal seasoning |
| ⅛ tsp | Cayenne pepper |
| spray | Nonstick spray |
| 1. Preheat the air fryer at 400 F for about 5 minutes. |
| 2. Meanwhile, trim the steak (1.5 lb) of any fat and cut it into 3/4 inch cubes. |
| 3. In a bowl , combine the steak cubes with the oil (1 tsp), salt (¼ tsp), black pepper (½ tsp), Montreal seasoning (1 tsp), onion powder (½ tsp), garlic powder (½ tsp), and cayenne pepper (⅛ tsp) to create the marinade. |
| 4. Stir well for a minute to work the spices into the meat. |
| 5. Spray the bottom of the air fryer basket with nonstick spray. |
| 6. Spread the seasoned meat evenly along the bottom of the air fryer basket. |
| 7. Cook the steak cubes for about 4-6 minutes. |
| 8. Check for doneness . |
| 9. Once the steak bites are browned to your liking, toss them around. |
| 10. Cook for another 3 minutes. |
| 11. Remove and serve. |
