Alabama White BBQ Sauce is a tangy and snappy sauce perfect for grilled or smoked meats.

Ingredients
1 cup Mayonnaise (Original recipe calls for Duke's)
⅓ cup apple cider vinegar
1 Juice of large lemon
2 Tbsp white balsamic vinegar
¼ tsp granulated garlic
½ tsp salt
1 tsp freshly ground black pepper
2 ½ tsp prepared horseradish
1 tsp ground mustard powder
¼ tsp paprika
¼ tsp ground cayenne pepper
½ tsp white sugar
1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
to taste black pepper to taste
Preparation
1. In a medium bowl, whisk together all ingredients to combine.
2. Cover and refrigerate the sauce for at least 1 hour, ideally overnight, until ready to serve.
3. Pour over grilled or smoked chicken or use as a dip or dressing.
