6 oz pkg | Chicken stuffing mix |
2 cloves | Garlic, minced |
½ cup | Water |
1.5 pounds | Chicken breasts, boneless, cut into 1" pieces |
1 tsp | Dried Basil |
1 ½ cup | Shredded mozzarella cheese |
1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees. |
2. Mix tomatos (1 can with juice), stuffing mix, water, an garlic gently in a bowl |
3. Spray or oil a 3 quart casserole dish or 8x8 glass baking dish |
4. Spread chicken pieces in dish |
5. Sprinkle with basil and one cup of the cheese |
6. Top with stuffing mixture, then the remaining 1/2 cup cheese |
