1 package | Large flour tortillas |
2 Tbsp | Vegetable oil |
¼ cup | Chunky peanut butter |
¼ cup | Soy sauce |
⅛ cup | Sugar |
½ tsp | Cayenne pepper |
1 ½ cup | Shredded cooked chicken |
1. Preheat oven to 350f. |
2. In a medium bowl, mix oil (2 tbsp), chunky peanut butter (1/4 cup), soy sauce (1/4 cup), sugar (1/8 cup), and cayenne pepper (1/2 tsp). |
3. Add shredded cooked chicken (1 1/2 cup) to the bowl. |
4. Stir to coat the chicken with the mixture. |
5. Add 1/3-1/2 cup of the chicken mixture to each tortilla. |
6. Wrap each tortilla in foil. |
7. Place the wrapped tortillas in the preheated oven. |
