Falafel
Sometimes you need a falafel-from-scratch recipe, and here it is. Falafel goes great with tzatziki sauce
30 minutes,   4 servings

Ingredients
1 can Chickpeas, well drained (15 oz can)
4 cloves Garlic, roughly chopped
1 Shallot, roughly chopped
2 Tbsp Freshly chopped parsley
1 Tbsp Ground cumin
1 tsp Ground coriander
3 Tbsp Flour
to taste Black pepper
to taste Salt
for frying Vegetable oil
Preparation
1.  Combine all ingredients except oil in food processor
2.  Form mixture into falafel balls of desired diameter (1 - 2 inches)
3.  Heat 1" of oil in a pot until a drop of water sizzles and pops.
4.  Fry falafels until golden brown,.
5.  Drain on a paper towel and serve hot.
