Ginger Dressing
Super fresh and tangy. Great in a buddah bowl or with shrimp, steak, or chicken.
10 minutes,   4 3-tablespoon servings

3 Tbsp Sweet onion chopped roughly
¼ cup Peanut or other neutral oil
3 Tbsp Seasoned rice vinegar
1 Tbsp Soy sauce
½ Tbsp Sugar
1 ½ Tbsp Fresh ginger, chopped small
dash Black pepper
½ cup Grated carrot
1.  Combine all ingredients in food processor or blender
2.  Process or blend
3.  Serve
