| ¼ tbsp | Lemon Zest |
| ¼ cup | Lime Juice |
| 1 tbsp | Dijon Mustard |
| 2 | Garlic Cloves, pressed |
| ½ tsp | Salt |
| ¼ tsp | Ground Black Pepper |
| ½ cup | Extra Virgin Olive Oil |
| 1. Whisk all the ingredients except the olive oil. |
| 2. When the mixture appears milky, start pouring in the olive oil. |
| 3. Slowly whisk the mixture until combined. |
| 4. Emulsify the whole lemon vinaigrette and store it in a glass jar. |
