Ham Buns
Easy and delicious, make ahead and prepare as needed.

Ingredients
1/2 cupButter, softened
1 TbspGrated onion
1 TbspYellow mustard
1 TbspPoppy seeds
1 lbSliced deli ham
to tasteSliced swiss cheese
to tasteSliced dinner rolls or other small buns
Preparation
1. Mix the softened butter (1/2 cup), grated onion (1 Tbsp), yellow mustard (1 Tbsp), and poppy seeds (1 Tbsp) in a bowl .
2. Spread the butter mixture on the tops of the buns.
3. Spread the butter mixture on the bottoms of the buns.
4. Add sliced deli ham (1 lb) and swiss cheese (to taste) on each bun.
5. Wrap each bun in foil.
6. Refrigerate the wrapped buns for a duration ranging from 20 minutes to 2 days.
7. Bake the wrapped buns at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.
