Homemade Brownies
The ultimate recipe for brownies! They're fudgy, moist, and super chocolaty, with perfect crispy edges.

Ingredients
1 ½ cups Granulated sugar
¾ cup All-purpose flour
⅔ cup Cocoa powder
½ cup Powdered sugar
½ cup Semi-sweethocolate chips
¾ tsp Salt
2 large Eggs
½ cup Cooking oil (peanut, avocato, corn, conola, etc.)
2 Tbsp Water
¾ tsp Vanilla extract
Preparation
1. Preheat the oven to 325°F.
2. Lightly butter or grease an 8x8 baking dish
3. In a medium bowl, combine the granulated sugar (1 ½ cups), all-purpose flour (¾ cup), cocoa powder (⅔ cup), powdered sugar (½ cup), chocolate chips (½ cup), and salt (¾ tsp).
4. In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs (2), oil (½ cup), water (2 Tbsp), and vanilla extract (¾ tsp).
5. Add the dry mixture to the large bowl, and combine until there's no dry ingredients remaining.
6. Pour the batter into the prepared pan and your spoon to level the top.
7. Bake for 40 minutes. Insert a toothpick into the center. If it comes out wet, continue cooking for a few minutes longer.
