| 1 ½ cups | Granulated sugar |
| ¾ cup | All-purpose flour |
| ⅔ cup | Cocoa powder |
| ½ cup | Powdered sugar |
| ½ cup | Semi-sweethocolate chips |
| ¾ tsp | Salt |
| 2 large | Eggs |
| ½ cup | Cooking oil (peanut, avocato, corn, conola, etc.) |
| 2 Tbsp | Water |
| ¾ tsp | Vanilla extract |
| 1. Preheat the oven to 325°F. |
| 2. Lightly butter or grease an 8x8 baking dish |
| 3. In a medium bowl , combine the granulated sugar (1 ½ cups), all-purpose flour (¾ cup), cocoa powder (⅔ cup), powdered sugar (½ cup), chocolate chips (½ cup), and salt (¾ tsp). |
| 4. In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs (2), oil (½ cup), water (2 Tbsp), and vanilla extract (¾ tsp). |
| 5. Add the dry mixture to the large bowl, and combine until there's no dry ingredients remaining. |
| 6. Pour the batter into the prepared pan and your spoon to level the top. |
| 7. Bake for 40 minutes. Insert a toothpick into the center. If it comes out wet, continue cooking for a few minutes longer. |
