¾ cup | All-purpose flour |
⅔ cup | Cocoa powder |
½ cup | Powdered sugar |
½ cup | Semi-sweethocolate chips |
¾ tsp | Salt |
2 large | Eggs |
½ cup | Cooking oil (peanut, avocato, corn, conola, etc.) |
2 Tbsp | Water |
¾ tsp | Vanilla extract |
1. Preheat the oven to 325°F. |
2. Lightly butter or grease an 8x8 baking dish |
3. In a medium bowl, combine the granulated sugar (1 ½ cups), all-purpose flour (¾ cup), cocoa powder (⅔ cup), powdered sugar (½ cup), chocolate chips (½ cup), and salt (¾ tsp). |
4. In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs (2), oil (½ cup), water (2 Tbsp), and vanilla extract (¾ tsp). |
5. Add the dry mixture to the large bowl, and combine until there's no dry ingredients remaining. |
6. Pour the batter into the prepared pan and your spoon to level the top. |
7. Bake for 40 minutes. Insert a toothpick into the center. If it comes out wet, continue cooking for a few minutes longer. |
