Tater Tot Casserole
A Midwestern classic casserole featuring layers of beef, soup, and tater tots.

Ingredients
1 can cream of onion soup
1 can cream of cheddar cheese soup
1 can canned corn or peas
8 oz chopped fresh mushrooms
1 onion
1 lb ground beef
1 bag tater tots
1 tsp seasoning salt
Preparation
1. Brown ground beef (1 lb), onion (1), and chopped fresh mushrooms (8 oz) in a skillet.
2. Mix cream of onion soup (1 can), cream of cheddar cheese soup (1 can), and corn or peas (1 can) in a bowl.
3. In a 9x13 baking dish, layer the ground beef mixture, followed by the soup mix, and then arrange tater tots (1 bag) on top.
4. Sprinkle with seasoning salt (1 tsp).
5. Bake at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for 45 minutes.
