A Midwestern classic casserole featuring layers of beef, soup, and tater tots.

Ingredients
| 1 can | cream of onion soup |
| 1 can | cream of cheddar cheese soup |
| 1 can | canned corn or peas |
| 8 oz | chopped fresh mushrooms |
| 1 | onion |
| 1 lb | ground beef |
| 1 bag | tater tots |
| 1 tsp | seasoning salt |
Preparation
| 1. Brown ground beef (1 lb), onion (1), and chopped fresh mushrooms (8 oz) in a skillet . |
| 2. Mix cream of onion soup (1 can), cream of cheddar cheese soup (1 can), and corn or peas (1 can) in a bowl . |
| 3. In a 9x13 baking dish, layer the ground beef mixture, followed by the soup mix, and then arrange tater tots (1 bag) on top. |
| 4. Sprinkle with seasoning salt (1 tsp). |
| 5. Bake at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for 45 minutes. |
