Ten Minute Pasta Sauce
Skip the sugar-filled jar of pasta sauce and make this simple authentic sauce in 10 minutes. Use good ingredients for best taste.

Ingredients
1 can Whole peeled san marzano tomatoes (28 oz)
2 Garlic cloves, minced
5 Tbsp Extra virgin olive oil
3 Tbsp Fresh basil leaves, chopped
Preparation
1.  Put 5 tbsp of extra virgin olive oil in a large saucepan.
2.  Heat for 2-3 minutes on medium heat.
3.  Cook the the garlic and chopped basil leaves (2 leaves) for 1 minute. Do not burn.
4.  Add can of tomatos (with juice) to pan and crush with a fork.
5.  Increase heat and simmer uncovered for 5 minutes.
