1 lb. | Corned beef, shaved and chopped |
1 lb. | Sauerkraut, well drained |
1 ½ lbs. | Swiss cheese, cubed |
12 oz. | Thousand island dressing (try our home made recipe here: Thousand Island Dressing) |
pinch | Caraway seed |
2 loaves | Rye or pumpernickel bread |
1. Mix all ingredients except bread in slow cooker. |
2. Set the crock pot to low heat and cover. |
3. Cook until cheese is melted, about 2-3 hours. |
4. Serve the mixture on bread (2 loaves rye or pumpernickel bread). |
