| 1 lb | Corned beef, shaved and chopped |
| 1 lb. | Sauerkraut, well drained |
| 1 ½ lbs. | Swiss cheese, cubed |
| 12 oz. | Thousand island dressing (try our home made recipe here: Thousand Island Dressing) |
| 2 loaves | Rye or pumpernickel bread |
| pinch | Caraway seed |
| 1. Mix all ingredients except bread in slow cooker . |
| 2. Set the crock pot to low heat and cover. |
| 3. Cook until cheese is melted, about 2-3 hours. |
| 4. Serve the mixture on rye or pumpernickel bread. |
